Account Owner Changes

The account "Owner" is typically the person who opened the account and they will be marked as the owner in the user list. This is a locked user so only the person logged in as THAT user can update the information associated with them. 



If you need to update the owner of your account, please email your request to info@calltrackingmetrics.com 

For security reasons we will request information from you in order to validate the request. 

For example, we may need to ask for: 
  • Written authorization from an officer of the company who owns the account. 
  • Written authorization from company representative currently paying for the account.
